| December 15th | Product Training | Training for SynchronEyes conducted by Vendor, Smart Technologies. |
| January 5th-16th | Class Begins Stage 1 |
Students explore computer basics and terminology. Students also learn about current use of computers in the business environment. Teachers will communicate course objectives. |
| January 19th -30th | Stage 2 | Students see examples of business documents and how they are used. |
| February 2nd-Feb 13th | Stage 3 | Students will begin to learn computer and software commands. Assessment of directed knowledge to date is give to students. |
| Feb 16th-Feb 27th | Stage 4 | Students will learn how to create business documents using application software. |
| Mar 2-Mar16 | Stage 5 | Group Project work begins. Students begin working on brochures using Synchroneyes collaboration feature. |
